Personal Training and Aerobic Class Schedule

At DeCore Fitness Studio, the one-on-one services of our personal training staff are available at your convenience by appointment from early morning to evening. The small group aerobic classes, fitness classes and boot camps are scheduled by specific day and time as detailed below.

We are always open to offering new classes or adjusting schedules to meet your needs. Our boot camp program is portable and we can adjust the time and location to fit your schedule. Boot camps have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Boot Camp Schedule

Boot camps are currently offered in the morning or afternoon to fit your schedule. Sunrise boot camp begins at 6:00 AM at the training studio in College Station and combines both indoor and outdoor work. The afternoon camp is an outdoor-only workout and gathers at Austin’s Colony Park in Bryan at 5:30 PM. Click here for large park map.

Dumbbells and a mat will be provided

Participants required to bring dumbbells and a mat

Aerobics Class Descriptions

Active Seniors

A total body workout concentrating on taxing the body to keep muscles strong, balanced and flexible while maintaining bone density.

Tone & Sculpt

Tone your muscles while constantly moving on the step. A total body workout that burns the calories and sculpts the muscles at the same time.

Cardio Kickboxing

A cardio workout with upper body toning. Punch & kick the calories off!

Circuit Training

Stations of weight lifting, balance, cardio and core work.

Muscle Stretch w/Abs & Back

Work on your flexibility along with strengthening your lower back and abs.

Pilates

A series of exercises performed on a mat to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body, focusing on the core (abdominals, lower back, inner and outer thighs). Pilates combines principles of yoga and ballet while incorporating the breath. This class will consist of 45 minutes of strengthening with a focus on flexibility and relaxation at the end to complete the mind/body connection.

Yoga

A relaxing and rejuvenating exercise to strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility. Take the time to focus on your personal "self" and create awareness of your mind, body, and soul. Whether you are a beginner or experienced you will leave class feeling energized and at peace.

Piyo

An athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants. Piyo is a great balance between stretching and strengthening that will leave you feeling focused, centered, and strong.

Zumba

Is an energizing, calorie-blasting Latin and International dance-inspired workout…it’s all about moving and having a good time! The 45-60-minute program incorporates footwork and body movements from flamenco, cumbia, reggaeton, salsa and other dances. Come prepared to work out. Wear your sneakers and put on some loose, comfortable clothes. No dance background required!
